Designed by renowned Berlin architects Kazanski Keilhacker Urban Design Architektur, the property resembles a three-dimensional sculpture. The diamond-shaped sections of the roof are modelled on the wings of a butterfly and provide welcome shade on the sunny south-facing side, while on the northern side a slatted wall transforms the wind into a gentle breeze.
