Gran Atlantico offers space for 6–8 people and is only ever rented out to one party at a time.

Up to 4 people: Panorama Floor
(e.g. 2 adults, 2 children)

The Panorama Floor (upper level) is particularly suitable for couples or 2 adults with small children.

Cleaning on departure €250
plus €20 per day for heating pool/house/fireplace (November to March)

For 6–8 people: Panorama Floor plus Garden Floor

The Garden Floor provides an additional bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen.

€490 per day

plus €30 per day for heating pool/house/fireplace (November to March)

Conditions for shorter/longer lets on request

All rentals are subject to a €1,000 deposit.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rent for longer stays.

Heated outdoor pool, central heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, maid available on request (not included in the price)
